The Andiamo World

Our teambuilding of the month is the citygame ‘Wie is de Mol’. This citygame will challenge the participants to be as smart as possible. The Andiamo World takes you on an exclusive journey through several cities in Mediterranean Europe. Your group will be separated in teams and every team receives a unique team name. During this game all teams will attempt to gain as many points as possible by answering questions and performing interactive assignments. Points can be collected by answering questions and completing interactive assignments. All questions and assignments are linked to famous highlights of the city were the citygame will find place. Every group receives their own roadbook, city map and envelops with questions and assignments to be opened at the highlights of the chosen city for. However… Included in every team is one ‘saboteur’ or ‘the Mol’. His/her duty is to make his/her team collect as few points as possible. Hence, this player will do everything in his/her power to sabotage the game. The mol can try to do this by encouraging wrong answers, ruining pictures and sabotaging the interactive assignments. In order to succeed this duty, it is important for the mol to keep his/her identity secret to the rest of his/her team. Once the other team members discover the identity of the mol, it will be much harder for the mol to sabotage his/her team To end the ‘Wie is de Mol’ teambuilding activity there is a awarding for two winners; the best team and the best mol. So, get out your best acting skills and pretend being a mol, even if you not are the mol; Andiamo!
